Global Refrigeration Systems provides the power to run an all-electric refrigeration system that requires virtually no scheduled maintenance. The system utilizes a semi-hermetic compressor, completely sealed and hard piped in copper, brushless fan motors with an in-cab temperature control module.

The power source provides 5 KW to 8.5 KW of power generated by the trucks engine. This allows you to eliminate the diesel motor to turn the compressor. This means you eliminate the fuel cost and maintenance cost associated with diesel refrigeration systems. DC power can be used for small trucks and AC power for large trucks. We have all your refrigeration needs covered.

Emerald will spec you a truck body and electric refrigeration system to do your job. This unit will be fashioned after a commercial refrigeration system with a Copeland semi-hermetic compressor and standard refrigeration parts. This is a blower refrigeration system with the reliability of cold plates.

This all-electric unit will be virtually maintenance free and powered by a state of the art on-board generator that runs from the truck engine. The generator has been manufactured for the military for years with thousands currently in operation in severe duty applications.
